Dear Prime Times Cardholders,

Thank you for being a valued Prime Times Cardholder. As we prepare for 2027, we are making several updates to the program as part of our continued commitment to investing in our golf courses, clubhouses and the overall experience across our portfolio.

The Prime Times Card will continue to be an important part of our golf offerings, and the following program updates will take effect over the coming months:

• Effective October 1, 2026, Prime Times guest rates will be $15 above the applicable Prime Times Cardholder rate.
• Beginning in 2027, during March, April, May and October, Prime Times Cardholders will be able to book 2 days online in advance and 1 day in advance by phone. During all other months, the current Prime Times booking windows will remain unchanged.
• Beginning January 1, 2027, the annual Prime Times Signature Card price will be $399 for new cards and $349 for renewals. The Basic No Points Card will be $199 for new cards and $179 for renewals.
• The loyalty points structure for Prime Times Signature Cards earning and redeeming will remain unchanged.

We recognize how important these programs have been to many of our golfers, and we greatly appreciate your loyalty and support. These changes are part of a broader effort to continue strengthening the quality of our golf courses, facilities and overall golf experience for the years ahead.
